Delete your PullSheet account
For PullSheet Elevator Diagnostics on Android, iPhone and iPad, by Intent Mesh LLC.
Delete it in the app
- Open PullSheet and go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The account is deleted right away and that phone is signed out.
Or ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, write to support@intentmesh.dev from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Say whether you also want your logbook entries and usage records deleted. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.
Delete your data but keep your account
Write to support@intentmesh.dev from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request", and say what you want deleted: your central logbook entries (with their de-identified copies), your usage records, or both. Your account stays open. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.
To stop new de-identified copies of your entries, turn off Share Diagnosis (called Share Fault Data in earlier app versions) in Settings, under Your Logbook. The copies already made for entries on your phone are deleted when you do.
What is deleted with your account
- Your email address, name and password.
- Your Apple and Google sign-ins, your passkeys and every signed-in session.
- The link between your account and your phones and logbook entries, so they no longer lead to you.
What is kept, and how to remove it
- A closed record holding only a random account number, its dates and any subscription dates carried over from the older app. It contains nothing that identifies you.
- Your central logbook entries stay until you ask us to delete them. Write to us and we delete them, including their de-identified copies.
- Usage records are deleted automatically after 25 months, or sooner when you ask.
- Short-lived service records (diagnosis jobs, usage counters and operational logs) expire on their own within days, as the privacy policy describes.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store or in your Apple ID settings.
